My significant other is preparing for the PCO and ordered this book through NLC's website to prepare. This cheap binder of loose pages contains nothing but information copied from the department of civil service website, and a bunch of practice tests that are riddled with typos, grammatical errors, and contradictory instructions. It's virtually useless and a criminal waste of money. The company does not offer refunds so she is now out $50 for this poorly written, never proofread, substandard piece of trash.
The company told me they corrected the mistakes in the previous edition. No problems whatsoever!
I am extremely disappointed in the book. As soon as I opened it, I found it was riddled with typos and not all of the answers are correct. The other reviewer hit the nail on the head. It's a complete waste of money.
2017 version, is anyone happy with this version and have an example of a question on the practice test?
